YOUR PROGRAM. WHEREVER YOU TRAIN.

The location can change.
The standard stays.

FM Elite serves players from Redmond and across the Eastside. We use different training locations at different times of the year, including venues outside Redmond.

The FM6 methodology, coaching standards, and approach to player development stay the same at every location. Choose a session that fits your player’s group and your family’s schedule.

PURPOSE IN EVERY REP

More than time on the ball.

Our FM6 methodology connects how players move, control the ball, read the game, make decisions, execute under pressure, and compete. Sessions give those details a purpose players can take back to their club and match environment.

Space that serves the training.

Our compact indoor environment keeps training sheltered from the weather and the action close. Players spend more time on purposeful touches and less time chasing the ball across an open field.

Coaching that sees the details.

Groups are capped at six players or fewer. Many sessions have two coaches for up to six players, creating more opportunities to observe, correct, and apply feedback.

Experience behind the approach.

Fredy Montero’s professional playing experience shapes the program. Every coach is trained in the FM Elite methodology and brings at least college-level playing experience.

TECHNICAL PRECISION · INDIVIDUAL TEMPO

FM Tekky

Using the Tekky ball by Zenith Sports, players fine-tune touch, coordination, and control in our least competition-driven environment.

A coach challenges each player while they work at their own tempo. Their pace does not dictate anyone else’s. Beginners can build confidence, while experienced players sharpen the details of their game.

GAME SPEED · GAME-REAL PRESSURE

FM Pathway

Train movement, scanning, decisions, and execution together in scenarios that reflect the demands of a match.

Small groups allow coaches to notice a detail, make a correction, and ask the player to apply it again under pressure. Players can use Pathway and Tekky together as they develop.

MONTHLY PLAYER ASSESSMENTS

Know what to work on.
See your next step.

Families should understand what their player is developing. Our coach-led monthly assessments identify strengths and development priorities, with feedback that reflects the player’s age and level.

  • Technical detail: first touch, passing, shooting, and changes of speed.
  • Game understanding: soccer IQ, decision-making, movement, and vision.
  • Training habits: attitude and work ethic.

Find monthly assessments, coach notes, and assessment history in the Skill tab of your player’s profile in the FM Elite app.
